Privacy Policy
Effective June 11, 2026. Clevskill is a product of MyAssistant365.ai, operated by Tejas Star LLC.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email, company, and onboarding answers. Billing: handled by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer id and subscription status, never card or bank numbers. Desktops: a label, the assigned email, a machine fingerprint hash, engine version, and enrollment status. Monitoring (opt-in at enrollment): the weekly health-scan scoreboard only, meaning finding counts and finding titles, engine version, and a timestamp.
What we deliberately do not collect
Your file contents, your chat or session history with Claude, your prompts, your API keys, your license vault contents, or your Anthropic credentials. Keys and licenses live in an encrypted vault on your own machine with the master key in your OS keychain; they are never transmitted to us. Scan uploads never include file contents or configuration values.
Cookies
One signed session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (sign-in and service email). Each receives only what its function requires. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Retention and your rights
Account and seat records are kept while your account is active and deleted on request after closure, except minimal billing records we must retain for tax and accounting. Email hello@clevskill.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data; we honor verified requests within 30 days.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and emailed to subscribers.
