Terms of Use
Effective June 11, 2026. Clevskill is a product of MyAssistant365.ai, operated by Tejas Star LLC ("we", "us").
1. The service
Clevskill provides managed setup, security hardening, and maintenance for Claude Code and Claude Cowork desktop installations: curated skills, safety guards, an encrypted key vault, usage-cost tooling, scheduled automations, and health monitoring. You bring your own Anthropic subscription; we never proxy, resell, or meter Anthropic tokens. Clevskill is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC. Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.
2. Accounts, seats, and licenses
A seat is one installed machine. Your subscription licenses a stated number of seats; the license is a signed token bound to your account and seat count, re-issued automatically while your subscription is active. Licenses, engine code, and skills are licensed, not sold: you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer them. Desktops beyond your licensed seat count must be licensed or removed; unlicensed desktops stop receiving license renewals.
3. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions bill through Stripe monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing portal; your license simply expires at the end of the paid period. Nothing is held hostage: your files, projects, and keys stay on your machine. One-time services (setup, white-glove) are billed once and are non-refundable after delivery. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
4. The safety guard and its scope
The "we won't delete your files" guard applies to commands executed by the managed AI environment on an enrolled desktop: catastrophic operations are blocked, ordinary destructive operations are snapshotted to a recycle bin before they run, and guard decisions are logged. The guard does not and cannot cover actions you or other software take outside the managed environment (for example, deleting files yourself in File Explorer). If a covered operation loses data, your remedy is restoration from the guard's snapshots and backups. The audit log is the record of what the managed environment did and did not do.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Clevskill to break the law, to violate Anthropic's terms, to attack or monitor systems you don't own or have authorization for, or to attempt to circumvent licensing or seat limits. We may suspend accounts for abuse.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI systems are probabilistic; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond the restoration remedy in section 4.
7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, for subscribers, emailed. Questions: hello@clevskill.com.
